Bloom & Barrel Perfu'me has no minimum order. We accept orders via our online shopping cart. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Bloom & Barrel Perfu'me accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
For credit and debit card payments please ensure that the billing address you give to us is the same address as on your card statement.
Order cancellations: If your order has shipped, we can not cancel it.
Bloom & Barrel Perfu'me ships via USPS within the 48 contiguous US states, HI, AK, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands. We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
Misdirected shipments, due to customer error, or abandoned shipments (orders not picked up at the delivery address provided, such as a UPS HUB) are subject to re-direct fees and/or return shipping charges by the shipper.
We are pleased to accommodate returns. All returns must be authorized by Bloom & Barrel Perfu'me. There are no exceptions. Issues with orders must be addressed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
***Samples cannot be returned and refunds will not be issued for samples.***
Please email us immediately if your shipment is damaged. Damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your shipment. All damage claims are subject to verification by the USPS, at their discretion. Please do not discard the box or material enclosed as it may be required by the delivery service for verification.
